Entire Home Remodel
BEFORE
Budget conscious remodel of all rooms in a house . Remodel entailed removing popcorn ceiling , fresh painting , new floors , tile and wood laminate and adding new bathroom tile , vanities and tubs. In teh living area the old fire place mantel was removed and new granite/ marble was added.
The kitchen cabinets were in excellent shape and were therefor saved with just new paint to match existing granite countertops . With additional new handles, new light fixtures and new ovens that kitchen was transformed into a modern urban country look.
Lush layered plantings to ensure privacy , a pool and a large wood deck with comfortable seating transformed the outdoor back yard into a relaxing oasis. Low maintenance and native plants were chosen to ensure sustainability. Important in a climate like Las Vegas ,NV.

Vacation Condo Remodel

Remodel of all rooms in a vacation rental Condo . Remodeling entailed removing mirrors in living area, fresh painting , new floors with wood laminate throughout and new tile in kitchen and bath . New tile in shower and glass enclosure, and new tile around the tub in second bath . In the living area a new electric fireplace was added . New black handles on all cabinets , doors and new black faucets throughout to give the interior a fresh new modern look.
